While installing mydns-pgsql a message refers to
"/usr/share/doc/mydns-common/QUICKSTART.postgres" which does not exist after a
succesful installation. It is
simply not part of the package.
The whole message:
mydns-pgsql is not yet equipped with debconf support. Please read
/usr/share/doc/mydns-common/QUICKSTART.postgres for information
how to get started.

Unfortunately this package is no longer present in Debian unstable, so
if it is not reintroduced by a developer, it will not be shipped with
the next stable release Lenny.
I am thus closing this bug per policy.
