Package: vim
Version: 1:7.1-056+2
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

vim supports several input file filters to open zip files, tar files etc.
Unfortunately it does not support .ar (and so .deb) files. I know that its not
so that someone often edits files inside of .deb or .ar files, but it would be
a plus if it would be possible. So i consider this a wishlist item with low
priority
and probably +upstream.

Best Regards,

Patrick
