Hi,

The gnapplet.sis file is a binary file without source, provided in the
tarball only for ease of use. Although the code is available, it needs a
cross-compiler and has no utility in your desktop computer aside from
being transfered to your Symbian phone.

Since it's distributed in the tarball without source it can't be
distributed by Debian under this circumstances, and since it has no use
in your computer (there are - to the best of my knoledge - no
open-source Symbian emulators) it's not IMHO justifiable for us to
include a separate package just to carry the source+binary for it.

I'm leaving the bug open for a while in case someone else has the same
doubts.
