The changelog templates write "Initial Release". The R should not be
capitalised in English. Please change that to "Initial release."
Also worth would be to consider including a closes entry, such as:
* Initial release (closes: Bug#nnnnnn).
Lintian and linda do not yet warn about such a template being left
unmodified, but I submitted a wishlist for both to warn against
this.
