Package: wordpress
Severity: normal
Wordpress depends on mysql-server (>= 4.0.20-8), but it cannot be
installed on a system that uses mysql-server-4.1. Please see the
following reply to a bug report I filed against the mysql 4.1
packages, which says that the problem is with the wordpress package
rather than the mysql packages.

any package that needs a generic mysql server should depend on
"virtual-mysql-server", not "mysql-server". unfortunately
mysql-server-4.1 will not be able to provide mysql-server itself,
as many packages have a versioned dependency on mysql-server,
and debian does not have support for versioned virtual packages.

you should file a bug against these packages to either depend on
virtual-mysql-server or "mysql-server | mysql-server-4.1" if they
have a specific version dependency.
so, i'm going to close this bug...
