  That folderlist.xml file is corrupt. Try to restore it from
folderlist.xml.bak (supposing is not also corrupt), if you're not able to
restore it you'll have to delete it, and the initial configuration wizard
will appear again the next time you run claws-mail. You can add more folders
later (the option "Rebuild folder tree" which appears when you right click
the root folder may help you).

  I'm closing the bug now, because it doesn't seem caused by claws-mail,
just some file corruption, but if you can reliably reproduce it, please,
reopen the bug and we'll look further.
