Well, I'm sorry, but mixing Ubuntu and Debian is not really supported,
please file bugs with Ubuntu for that.
If you have a concrete issues that can easily be fixed in Debian to
improve cooperability, that'd be appreciated, but after 24 messages in
this bug this seems to be a too hard issue to resolve, and the answer is
basicly "Well, that doesn't work".
