Hi,

I didn't find an option to disconnect from the WLAN that I am
currently connected to: Remove routes and IP addresses, and optionally
disassociate from the AP.

If that option is already present, it is too well hidden.

Both nm-applet and knetworkmanager have an option in the context menu to
 deactive the wireless connection.
nm-applet:
  x Drahtloses Netzwerk aktivieren

knm:
  Optionen > Drahtlose Netzwerke deaktivieren
