Hi,

Please use reportbug to report Debian bugs.
There's missing informations like the repository you use.

However, this isn't a Debian bug.
On Debian, libmlt0.2.4 package doesn't exist and svcd_ntsc_wide exists only in 
libmlt-data package.

I think you use debian-multimedia repository and your mlt package comes from 
there.
