Seeing. The full messages are:

connected to %d seeds; also seeing %.3f distributed copies
%d seeds seen recently; also seeing %.3f distributed copies

So there are %d SEEDS connected to recently, and %.3f distributed
copies of the file that have been SEEN in all the connected leechers
(non-seeds).
