hi,
i've noticed that the apache child processes periodically segfault on
my webserver à la:
...
[Wed Jul 16 13:06:33 2003] [notice] child pid 28933 exit signal Segmentation
fault (11)
...
when i try and grab a specific track. i haven't narrowed down exactly
what causes it, but i'm pretty sure it's either/both:
- - after a client has disconnected midway through a connection
- - when a client requests an invalid stream via its checksum
also, related to the second hypothesis, i thought i remembered reading
somewhere that the documentation says that the checksums are md5sums...
then why don't these checksums match the output of md5sum(1)?
thanks,
sean
ps - i don't want to jump the gun and call this a grave bug if it's
just a misconfiguration on my machine... so i'll leave it to you
to decide whether the severity should be changed.

This package is no longer part of Debian (as a consequence of Apache 1.3
removal), therefore I'm closing this bug.
