I have tested entering Greek and Russian letters into tuxpaint, with UTF-8
and KOI8-R locales, and it works fine.

Since this bug was last worked on 2 years ago, I suspect it has been fixed
some time along the way.  Anyway, I'm using Lenny's version (the one I
tested with) as the closing version.
