I get the following errors when starting bind9:

I've found the problem in the case of a 2.6 kernel: the kernel option
CONFIG_SECURITY_CAPABILITIES has to be set at least as module,
otherwise it could not bind itself to the interfaces. This fact does
not seem to be mentionned in the changelog and other files, correct me
if I'm wrong. May I suggest that the install script test for the
required kernel syscall and gives an explicit error message if not
found ?
