Hi,

/usr/share/psi/certs/rootcert.xml lists the (root) certificates of
trusted jabber servers.

If psi really wants to ship its own list of those, then rootcert.xml
must be in /etc/ and a config file, as users might want to remove certs
or more importantly add their own certificates to that.

Even better yet, psi (or qca-tls) would just use those in /etc/ssl/cert
as configured and installed by the ca-certificates package and the local
sysadmin.
