mysqldump cannot connect when using ssl.

mysql filed this bug as #27669 (see http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=27669 )

the bugfix has been pushed into
- Pushed into 5.0.42
- Pushed into 5.1.18-beta

the commit is said to be http://lists.mysql.com/commits/24329 thou i
cannot find that much useful information in this commit message :)

i guess that the commit might be hidden somewhere in
  http://mysql.bkbits.net:8080/mysql-5.0/sql-common/client.c?PAGE=related
but that is only a wild guess

also, searching the bkbits repository did not help that much. i ended up
installing version 5.0.51a-3~bpo40+1 from etch-backports.

cheers,
raoul

I'll think about adding this fix to the next Debian point release.
