Package: wget
Version: 1.9.1-8

When I type wget -O foobar.txt -N http://URL/grux.txt
the foobar.txt file gets overwritten all the time.

When I type wget -N http://URL/grux.txt
this URL is saved locally under the name grux.txt
if and only if the HTTP header Last-Modified information is newer than
the date of the local file. I would like the same effect even if -O is
used.
