libgdiplus does not build wioth cairo 0.3.0-1 due to an api change from=20=

cairo 0.2 to cairo 0.3.

  There is a patch for libgdiplus to build with cairo 0.3 in the gentoo=20=

Please apply the patch to the debian version.

I am using Debian GNU/Linux 3.1 (sarge), kernel  2.6.8-2-686-smp and=20
glibc 2.3.2.ds1-20.
The version of libcairo1-dev on my system is 0.3.0-1
