In the previous version, the menu item would fail when the camera didn't
support the jpg format. Now that -f is mandatory, command="/usr/bin/luvcview"
is simply illegal syntax, so the menu item is unusable in all situations.
Note that the manual page should also be adjusted to the syntax change.
