Every time I start the tac-plus daemon I get this message:
tac_plus[449]: Error Can't create: /var/log/tac_who.log

And then exactly every 3 minutes I get this:

Doesn't look too good to me, it seems to be working ok though.  The
tac_who.log file is not mentioned in any file in the archive.
