Package: raidtools2
Version: 0.90.990824-18
Despite what the man page says:
> SYNOPSIS
> raidstart [options] <raiddevice>*
>
> raidstop [options] <raiddevice>*
"raidstart /dev/md[123]" happily starts a RAID 1+0 array (constructed by
striping mirrored pairs /dev/md1 and /dev/md2 together), but "raidstop
/dev/md{3,2,1}" only stops the first one. It is not some dependency
relationship, because even after /dev/md3 has been stopped and md2 and
md1 are now independent mirrors, "raidstop /dev/md2 /dev/md1" only stops
the first.
Oh, the notation in the man page is a bit non-standard, as "..." is
the usual way optional repetition is denoted.

The raidtools2 package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/298968 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.
Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
