Package: freenet6
Version: 1.0-1
Severity: normal
Hello,
during the initial installation on a virgin system, the init script
tries to create some random connection without having proper
configuration. This is bad, since it waits too long and bombs with
useles get-help message:
Setting up freenet6 IPv6 tunnel (sit1): Status code from server: 501
Invalid IPv4 address
No ipv6 tunnel has been set (use -h for help)
A proper solution would be to look for installed config files and if
there is none, tell the user the URL where Freenet6 account can be
created (via Debconf with low priority or so).
MfG,
Eduard.

The freenet6 package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.
Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
