Package: xfce4-session
Version: 4.4.2-2
Severity: normal

Hi,
i found out that xfce4-session produce regular breaks in OpenGl applications. They appear ca. all 10 seconds and they take under a second. I tested it with
Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory and glxgears.

How i know that it is xfce4-session? First i tryed it with evilwm, so no other Xfce-Software was running. I hadn't any problems. Then i started all apps under
evilwm which i automatically start on Xfce. No problems again. Under Xfce
(executed with startxfce4) i killed all the Xfce-Applications (like xfwm4,
xfce-mcs-manager, thunar, ...etc) one after another. The problem was still there.
The only Xfce-app which ran was xfce4-session. So i started XFCE4 with the
following .xinitrc:

xfce-mcs-manager
xfwm4 --daemon
xfdesktop &
exec xfce4-panel

And surprise ;) glxgears and ET worked without any problems.

Hope it will help and thanks for this great DE :D
