Hi,
The atlas3-base.templates are not translatable as this file is not
included in debian/po/POTFILES.in.
Note that this is a "must" violation, as per policy 3.9.1:
Packages which use the Debian Configuration management specification
must allow for translation of their messages by using a gettext-based
system such as the one provided by the po-debconf package.
The attached patch should fix the problem. Please run debconf-updatepo
once you applied it.

The atlas3 package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/473440 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
