Cython 0.9.6.13.1 has been out since 2008-04-08, and the current version
of cython is too old to build SAGE 3.0. Using the current debian/
directory with the new Cython version seems to work fine (I'm using such a
package for now, but it'd be nice to be using the official Debian cython).
