Since many releases, when I get a new version of mozilla-firefox,
mozilla-firefox-locale-fr gets uninstalled on dist-upgrade since it is not
released at the same time. It is not re-installed upon arrival. There is no
automatic locale installation with apt.
I think until apt is supporting locales (nowhere in sight), the packages
should be released in sync. That would help all the non-english users.
Firefox is the only application that I use that is working that way. every
other application has either a sync released or the language packs included
in the package.
