After a crash, trying to re-run firefox causes an extremely aggravating
dialog to show up which suggests that one has to *restart* his system to get
rid of the broken-but-still-running firefox.
This is *nix, not Windows. Get rid of that dialog and tell people to kill
the firefox process instead. Heck, even in non-ancient microsoft windows
that would work too.
