Package: xmms
Version: 1.0.1-2
Severity: normal

I just upgraded from 0.9.5.1-4 to 1.0.1-2, and noticed that the volume
control (the slider in the window) doesn't do anything. I can set it to
any volume (the display shows the "volume: xx%" text), but nothing is
changed.

Note: this is on Alpha. If this works OK on i386, please let me know so
I can look into it (perhaps the autobuilder screwed up somehow).

Thanks,
Paul Slootman (please Cc: [EMAIL PROTECTED] on replies)

The xmms package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/461309 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.

Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.

Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
