Package: xmms
Version: 1.2.10+cvs20050809-4
Severity: normal
When playing back an ogg vorbis file streamed from a remote server,
pressing 'pause' and then 'play' resumes the file from the point at
which it was paused, but instead of playing through to the end of the
file, it appears that xmms simply flushes the stream buffer and then
moves on to the next file.
This seems to be a bug in the vorbis input plugin, as this does not
happen when using mp3's streamed from the same server.
In my case, the files are all being retrieved from another Debian system
which is running libapache2-mod-musicindex_0.99.5.3 .

experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/461309 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.
Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
