I can't hear the effect applied by any DSP plugin I try, neither the builtin
echo (libecho.so) nor the LADSPA plugins (ladspa.so) installed by xmms-ladspa.
This happens both with WAV files and MP3 streams, both with ALSA and OSS output
plugins. Of course, the "Use plugins" checkbox is checked.
I can't tell if this is related to this xmms version, I never tried DSP plugins
on previous versions of xmms or Debian stable systems.
Regards, Ismael

The xmms package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/461309 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
