Outbound filtering is considered a "very advanced" (read: not supported)
configuration.  If you are savvy enough to configure it, you have the
ability to open the port you need for BT.  Besides, the only sensible
way to implement this would be in a different macro (which would have to
be called something like BitTorrentOut or something like that which will
only cause confusion).
