- [src/output-plugins/spo_database.c] Modify the text messages to
point users to the proper location of documentation in Debian
systems as well as to the (Debian-specific) documentation
related to databases.
- Tell users (through NEWS.Debian) that the schema changed from
2.6 to 2.7 and they will need to upgrade their database.
* Include the RELEASE NOTES for older releases and provide all of them
(for the 2.3, 2.4, and 2.6 releases) as users might find them useful
