I am marking this as fixed sined it is not a findutils but a kernel
bug 462677#, which has been fixed in linux-2.6 2.6.25-1:
* New upstream release (closes: #456799, #468440, #475161, #475134, #475441)
- Add oabi shim for fstatat64 (closes: #462677)
