Please add a new pseudo package "release.debian.org". This will be used
to keep track of issues concerning the Release Teams. It would
preferably not include package specific issues (package specific binNMU
requests for instance), though would include issues with the stable and
point releases and tools/scripts/documentation used by the teams as well
as requests that cannot be fixed right away.
