When the debian/ directory is a symlink like: debian/ -> ../svn/debian
the creation of dpatches work fine, but when I try to added the patch
with "dpatch-edit-patch foo foo" it will not apply the patch for
editing. Everything else works though...

dpatch 2.0.13 is now in unstable, which closes the bugs that were
fixed in experimental for 2.0.12 and 2.0.11.
