bigloo-ude seems to interfere with ilisp. That is, bigloo-ude seems
to clobber ilisp's keybindings. I'm not entirely sure what is the
proper solution, but maybe set a conflict for the two packages for now?

experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
