There is a bug reported twice in upstreams bug tracker, see
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1629477&group_id=23475&atid=378598
and
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1571991&group_id=23475&atid=378598
both time providing patches. This bug still applies and is quite
serious for german users. In the joe and WordStar mode, search/replace
is impossible if german translations are used. The provided .po file is
worse than no file at all. It does not contain any german translation, but
claims the english text to be the correct translation. It also contains
"fuzzy" translations that are plain wrong. So, please delete de.po from
the debian distribution, fix the most serious issue as indicated in
upstream bug #1571991 or take a quite good real translation file from
#1626910.

Thanks in advance,
  Michael Karcher
