Hi
debian/copyright and debian/watch do not point to current location of
upstream tarballs, please fix it.
The specified download locations are correct in general. It is only the
0.6.6 release, that landed on a different download location.
This issue has already come up on the NM mailing list:

Mainly because I'm lazy, have never had shell access on
download.gnome.org, and have never personally pushed a release there,
and haven't started poking around to get shell access to gnome.org. The
only released that showed up on gnome.org were done by rml. I'll fix
that before the next release :)
I don't intend to change the watch/copyright file, just for 0.6.6. After
all, the watch file is for tracking *new* releases, and 0.6.7 (or 0.7.0)
should be uploaded to the GNOME ftp server again.
I'm thus closing this bug report.
Cheers,
Michael
