After running aptitude install bugzilla, bugzilla-2.22.1-debian2 is
installed successfully, and bugzilla is working properly, however the
file whine.pl which should install by default in
/usr/share/bugzilla/lib/ does not exist. I was able to download whine.pl
from the same release on bugzilla.org and drop it in this directory and
it now works fine. This file should be included in the bugzilla package.
