As of version 2.22, Bugzilla contains "complete, stable support for
PostgreSQL." [0]
Please update the mysql dependencies to mysql | pgsql so that
administrators are not forced to install mysql-related packages. For
example:
libdbd-mysql-perl => libdbd-mysql-perl | libdbd-pg-perl
mysql-client => mysql-client | postgresql-client
mysql-server => mysql-server | postgresql
