Package: sun-java5-fonts
Version: 1.5.0-06-1
Severity: normal
When I installed sun-java5 packages I noticed that in postinst -fonts
gave following output:
Setting up sun-java5-fonts (1.5.0-06-1) ...
Use of uninitialized value in print at /var/lib/defoma/scripts/gs.defoma line
108.
Use of uninitialized value in print at /var/lib/defoma/scripts/gs.defoma line
108.
Can't exec "/usr/bin/mkfontdir": No such file or directory at
/var/lib/defoma/scripts/x-ttcidfont-conf.defoma line 252.
Everything went fine and when I ran '/usr/bin/defoma-font reregister-all
/etc/defoma/hints/sun-java5-fonts.hints' manually there were no
messages. mkfontdir is at /usr/bin/X11/mkfontdir.
This might be related to X transition. I installed debian/testing on
this machine about a month ago and had some troubles getting all
required X packages installed. [You wouldn't believe that but missing X
(font) packages + ATI Mobility X1600 + latest ATI drivers caused kernel
panics.]
