The exim-tls postinst script (woody) uses file, although exim-tls does not
depend on it.
Output:
dpkg-reconfigure exim-tls
/var/lib/dpkg/info/exim-tls.postinst: file: command not found
Converting /var/spool/exim/db/retry to db3 format.

exim and exim-tls have both been removed from Debian (exim after
etch's release, exim-tls even earlier). Since this bug does not apply
to the successor package exim4 I am closing the bug[1]
cu andreas

[1] Unversioned close, since the bug-tracking system has no version
info for exim-tls).
