Hi,
plistlib which is currently under ./Lib/plat-mac/plistlib.py is
usefull on other platforms too it's e.g. needed for #384644. I can
package this seperatly but if you could do a:
mv ./Lib/plat-mac/plistlib.py ./Lib/plistlib.py
that would be great.
