Package: fetchmail
Severity: wishlist

Hello Maintainer,

I like to see environement variables expanded from fetchmailrc to make
fetchmail more flexible. A configdump show:

----[ STDIN ]-----------------------------------------------------------
TRUE=1; FALSE=0

os_type = 'linux'
feature_options = ('pop3','imap','sdps','etrn','odmr','ssl',)
# Start of configuration initializer
fetchmailrc = {
    'poll_interval':0,

"logfile":"/home/michelle.konzack/.tddebbtsmanager/${HOME}/.tddebbtsmanager/logs/${DATE}.fetchmail.log",
    "idfile":"/home/michelle.konzack/.fetchids",
    "postmaster":"[EMAIL PROTECTED]",
------------------------------------------------------------------------

which is not realy nice.

Thanks, Greetings and nice Day/Evening

Closing as this option is used to produce output for
fetchmailconf and nothing more.

Cheers
