libneon27 is the successor of libneon26.

Using libneon27-gnutls would avoid possible licence problems for
GPL'ed programs using libsvn1.

I switched libsvn1 from libneon27 to libneon27-gnutls, though this has
not been without problems, so I may have to eventually switch back.
Also note that libsvn1 still indirectly depends on openssl, if you
configure it to use the serf library ("http-library = serf" in
~/.subversion/servers).
