gives a dire warning about the importance of the SCO flow control patch, but
then gives only vague direction of where to find it.
It would be nice if the documentation explained which kernels you need it for,
which functionality you need it for, and gave a full URL to find it at.
Also good (README.Debian, perhaps) would be a note about whether/which
Debian-built kernels have this patch.
