Hi,

the "record sound" option is unclear: Does this record the regular
computer sound output (clicks, musik), or does this record from the
microphone, i.e., comments? 

Even looking at the source is not very revealing without ALSA knowledge.

I propose either
"Record Audio Output"
or
"Record Audio from Microphone"

(Of course, it would be great if both options were available and
independently usable)

"record sound" records audio from gstreamer default audio input.
That one can be configured to capture from microphone, regolar output
and more (see `gstreamer-properties`). As it is configurable, this
generic label is quite right.
