AbiWord sometimes crashes if I try to save over a file that already exists. It
*always* crashes if the file being saved over is the file that's open, but this
only happens when using the "save as" or "save copy" actions, not just "save."
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new document and save it somewhere.
2. Use Save As or Save Copy to save again at the same location.
3. Watch AbiWord disappear.
Again this sometimes happens if saving over a different file. It seems to
encourage the crash if you saved at that location previously in the same
session.
The console does not display anything after the crash, so I don't think it's a
segfault.
