Just including <dvdnav/dvdnav.h> causes compilation to fail, because of some
missing include files from libdvdread-dev. Maybe there should be a dependency
to libdvdread-dev or some files are missing. This worked in version 0.1.10
without libdvdread-dev, where also dvdr_readar.h, ifo_*.h and other header
files have been installed.
