Hi,
First of all, thanks for maintaining yard.
I like it and use it.
I'd like to suggest adding another thing to check
under "Problems with init or login" in yard's
documentation's "Troubleshooting" section.
If the system repeatedly accepts a login name then
offers the login prompt again, it seems to me that
one should check if the login shell works. I was
trying to use a pared down shell called "busybox"
and it crashed silently, which is unconducive to
debugging. Users can try running the shell on
their production box. I fixed the problem by using
a newer and statically linked version of busybox.
Thanks,
Kingsley

The yard package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/484976 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
