Hi,
As said in #418350, you should only
Replaces: manpages-fr (<< 2.39.1-5)
and not every version of manpages-fr.
This replace field is only to override the pppconfig manpage found only
in old versions of manpages-fr.
Even if it doesn't change anything in practice, replacing every version
of manpages-fr can hide potential problems in further versions of our
two packages.
